Enclose your invoice with your return package. Please retain a copy for your records.

Mail and insure the package with your ra# on the box . Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. RETURNS may be mailed to : Autumn Sky Outfitters; 3404 Conowingo Road; Street, MD 21154.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
Refused shipments are subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges. Please note these fees are added to the next order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain items are non-returnable including but not limited too.
The following items may not be returned: Arrows with Special Fletching, Arrows less than 27", Discounted Items, Books, Cassettes, DVDs, Video Tapes, Mouth Calls, Computer Games, Used Items, Rut Guides, Moon Guides, Specially Ordered Bows or any other Specially Ordered items. Any items Used or Damaged by the customer in any way may not be returned. No returns on Bows. No Returns on Closeout Items.
